Standard message and data rates may apply depending on yourmobile carrier and plan. Truckers Hiring Truckers is not responsible for anycharges imposed by your carrier for receiving SMS messages

3.5 How to Opt Out of SMS Messages

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any timeby:

     Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us

     Replying QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or END to any textmessage

     Emailing us at info@truckershiringtruckers.com withyour phone number and opt-out request

Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send you a finalconfirmation message and you will receive no further SMS messages from usunless you re-subscribe.

5. How We Share Your Information

5.1 Carrier Clients

If we identify a job opportunity that matches yourpreferences, we may share your contact information with the relevant carrierclient for the purpose of facilitating a job placement. We do not share yourinformation with carriers who have not listed a relevant open position.

5.2 SMS Service Providers

We use third-party SMS messaging platforms (such as Twilio orQuo) to deliver text messages on our behalf. These providers receive your phonenumber solely for the purpose of message delivery and are contractuallyprohibited from using your data for any other purpose. Your SMS consent data isnot sold to these providers — it is used only to transmit messages you haverequested.

     Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure wedo not re-contact opted-out numbers

You may request deletion of your personal information at anytime (see Section 8 below), subject to our legal retention obligations.

     We register our SMS campaigns with The CampaignRegistry (TCR) as required by A2P 10DLC regulations

     We do not use autodialers to contact mobile numberswithout express consent
